40 minute appointment which includes a short consultation prior to your first treatment. This seated treatment can be given over clothes (a tight fitting top is best), or with oils. It’s worth noting that you don’t have to have oils applied everywhere during your treatment – some clients just choose to have the oils applied on the back, arm and shoulders - it’s totally up to you.

Cancellations or missed appointments When you make a booking the treatment room is set aside especially for you. We therefore ask that if you need to cancel an appointment that you provide 48 hours notice by calling Spirit on 0161 434 2723, otherwise a £15 cancellation fee applies to cover loss of business.
Late arrivals As a busy clinic, and to be fair to all our Clients, we aim to complete all our treatments on time. This means that if you turn up for your appointment late we will not be able to continue your treatment beyond your allocated time slot.
